MONDAY, August 11, (News Locale) - Motorola has announced three new additions to its popular Moto ROKR line up in India. While the pricing details are yet to be revealed, all phones are expected to be of the mid-range variety.
The Moto ROKR EM30 is equipped with better LED display and is touted as the successor to the E8. The LED display highlights when the phone is in music mode and when it is in the phone mode the blue light display is on. The EM30 has a 2 mega pixel camera and runs on the Linux OS.
Motorola’s mode shift technology is the one which is responsible for this feature in the EM30. USB 2.0 technology is also present in this phone, which has 8GB micro SD card, a 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack, a landscape display that enables superior web browsing experience.
The Moto ROKR EM28 is a basic clamshell phone and is equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera and touch-sensitive keys. Other features include RDS FM radio, Bluetooth, 3.5 mm headset jack and 2 GB of expandable memory, which is quite less for a music phone.
The Moto ROKR EM25 also has a 1.3 megapixel camera and enables users to share their favorite radio stations with their friends courtesy the ’FMShare’ function. This phone also has the SONGID technology and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
The Moto ROKR EM30 will first debut in Taiwan, while the EM28 and the EM25 are expected to be available all over by the end of September.
